Harnessing the potential of ColladoCollins

The strategy for ColladoCollins was designed around a clear vision with a central theme at its core: ‘Harnessing the Potential’.

ColladoCollins is an architectural practice with big ambitions for growth. They want to reposition and raise profile to win larger projects, particularly residential, mixed-use and commercial, whilst showcasing their design credentials.

To inform the strategy for ColladoCollins, we met the management team to tease out strengths and points of difference, undertook a client feedback survey with 30 clients and contacts to understand market perception and learn what clients’ value, as well as analysing existing marketing material.

We’re now implementing the resulting campaign, which included creating testimonials from the survey for use in marketing, a clearly defined PR plan, entering awards for projects and a new website. We created a vision statement, mission and values as well as setting out ColladoCollins’ positioning and tone.

We recommended and are now helping to implement a multi-channel approach to raise the practice’s profile and continue to develop a reputation for the work it wants to attract.
