Marketing and BD audit for PBC

PBC requested a full review of their marketing collateral and business development processes to determine the effectiveness of their current communications activity.

The audit was the initial step towards a new strategy to position PBC for new work with a tone and character aligned to the brand and a business development process that tracked and measured results.

We evaluated each piece of content, including website, brochures, fee proposals and capability statements, and held one-to-one sessions with the board of directors to gather individual insight.

We assessed the current processes, procedures and responsibilities of the wider team in business development to identify the business’s strengths and the areas for improvement and training.

We concluded our findings in a full report that included a breakdown of analysis and recommendations across each area of assessment to give the company the tools for improvement.

We have since been commissioned to implement a series of our recommendations for change.
