And, as specialists in the real estate sector, we bring our insight to create strategies that enable businesses to thrive, drive growth and communicate difference.

But we’ve been on a journey and we thank everyone who has been part of it – as a member of the team, a client, an industry contact, a supporter or friend. This blog is for you!

Holistic was founded in 2003 to take a holistic approach to communications – hence the name and why that’s never changed. We specialised in property because we knew the market but also because we saw an opportunity to support a sector that was only just beginning to embrace the potential of positioning, profile and reputation.

The market has evolved and so have we. Property had a poor reputation in 2003 when I founded Holistic, known largely for its cut-throat commerciality; now the sector is making a positive contribution to the world – in sustainability, placemaking and social value. It’s been a revolution, slow but sure, and one we’re proud to have supported.

We’re nothing without our clients and the businesses we’ve worked with are all unique in their own way, each requiring a different strategy. It’s this variety we love. We have the privilege to support the future growth of their business, seeing them thrive and achieve their goals – it’s what we’re here for. To those we’ve worked with over the years, it’s been great, inspiring, challenging, and great fun.

As a team, we have also evolved, with exceptional talent enriching Holistic over two decades, each bringing something different – a new skill, an alternative approach, a different perspective. We’ve been part of their journey, and they, ours. Some of these brilliant minds have now been with the business for a decade and they form our leadership team today – strong, collaborative, exceptional.
