Developing a communications plan to raise profile

Vectos is one of the largest independent consultancies in transport planning, infrastructure design and flood risk. It was well known amongst its existing client and contact base but saw the potential that widening awareness could bring to the business’ ongoing success and growth. It was planning a rebranding exercise and wanted this to be strategic and informed.


Rebranding exercise

Vectos appointed Holistic to support a process that would reaffirm its leading position in the market through a rebranding exercise and marketing communications strategy.


Establishing positioning

This was a comprehensive piece of work that examined the company’s existing position, what makes it stand out and how it can best promote its skills, approach and value to clients and prospects. We interviewed clients, prospects, project team members and influencers. We also examined existing marketing material and recent bids.


Creating a strong platform for future growth

This process led to the creation of a brand platform including proposition and key messages as well as a marketing strategy. We then supported on selecting a brand partner and delivering a new visual identity, marketing collateral and website for Vectos, creating all content in line with the positioning. This gave the business a strong platform for the future.
